I photoshopped me up a final costume design. It's crude, but it's my favorite way. Separate all the parts into layers, and adjust the colours.

Turns out I may be able to use leather after all. It does have it's advantages. The stiffness is actually going to be helpful.

  1. Some vinyl fabrics work well as a miniature leather, and you can pull the fabric backing off of them and replace it with heavy-duty tin foil to animate it as well. (You should be able to do that with leather, but unless it's really soft it'll resist more)
